Abstract Slope stability is an important factor in the planning and operation of open pits mines. Currently company has been mining up to a height 20 meters. In implementation activities, potential for landslides on side walls slopes sector X occurs one slopes, namely at elevation +70 masl. The made two design choices, which was confirmed by researchers overcoming landslides. carrying out slope analysis, information about general properties rock mass consists testing physical rocks mechanical rocks. results safety analysis A-A cross-section with 2.476 saturated MAT (Stable) dry 3.159 (Stable), while B-B 2.161 2.771 (Stable). Meanwhile, segments, A-A’ 2,459 3,131 B-B’ section 1,653 2,464 researcher recommends using option 1 based value shows higher value.
